ну на самом деле можно выкрутиться двумя способами -
1. использовать фоторецепты
2. начать с самого простого - с шарлотки

с шарлоткой ошибиться вообще невозможно! можно ее только сжечь или недопечь, что решается за счет таймера и соблюдения инструкции по времени ;)
