At the moment we have a great demand and few offers. That means there are a lot of people interested in the same apartments and the landlords can choose who they want to accept. In general, only very few landlords accept pets in their apartments and if they have another person who wants to rent the apartment without having a pet, they will choose this person over you. What I want to explain to you, is that at the moment it is not possible to find an apartment for you where pets are accepted.

I would recommend you to think about coming to Chile without your pets.

ну, как вариант, лететь без котов, а там на месте уже искать
уверена, что вы найдете то, что вам надо, причем быстро

а этот агент просто не хочет заморачиваться поиском, наверное
