p.s. мне в принципе для себя хватает раза 4 в неделю(но нормальных заходов, а не 10 раз по минуты), обычно если я после работы по 12 часов на ногах, то кроме как лечь и закрыть глаза мало что хочется, зато в отпуске...там аппетит сильно возрастает
